BOLO for Education

Create illustrated handouts, teaching material, course packs and textbooks with a structured AI workflow — from brief and outline to text, images, captions and finished export.

Ready-to-use teaching material in minutes, not days

BOLO is built for teachers and educational environments that need clear, usable and level-adapted material quickly. Start with a simple brief covering the subject, age group, knowledge level and learning goals — and let BOLO build a coherent production with structure, text, illustrations and export.

Short handouts and worksheets

Create A4/letter-style handouts, lesson support, exercises and explanations for a specific topic, unit or exam area.

Longer course packs and textbooks

Build larger material with chapter structure, consistent level, clear terminology and export to formats that can be edited or printed.

Illustrated material

Choose the number of images, let BOLO suggest illustrations, generate them and place them in the material with captions.

Example cost and time estimates

BOLO uses the user’s own OpenAI API key (instructions are available further down the page). This keeps the license cost low (from about $2.66 per user/month) and means the school only pays AI cost when material is actually produced.

Many comparable AI services are based on monthly subscriptions per user, where part of the price covers included AI usage that may not be fully used. If a teacher mainly creates material when needed — for example a couple of handouts or worksheets per month — BOLO is often significantly more cost-effective, because the actual AI cost is normally only a few dollars per month with that level of use.

about $0.05–$0.25 short handout with text, depending on length and model choice.
under about $1.10 many short illustrated handouts can be produced with several images.
about 30 min for a clean, usable handout with brief, generation and quick review.
about 2 hours for more complete material or a longer textbook with refinement.

Costs are approximate and depend on the selected model, text length, number of images and how many regenerations are made. Licenses are purchased via Stripe; a paid invoice/receipt is provided after purchase.

Quality control: not just “AI text”

BOLO is built as a production system, not as a simple prompt box. Several layers help turn the brief into a consistent and usable result, so the output does not become loose, generic AI text.

Structure engine The material is built around chapters, headings and content flow instead of separate chat responses.
Volume and balance control BOLO helps keep text length, chapter scope and information level more proportionate.
Terminology and factual consistency Concepts, names, facts and tone are kept more consistent throughout the material.
Export and editing workflow The result can be exported to DOCX, PDF or EPUB and then reviewed, edited and used in the school’s normal workflow.

Workflow

BOLO keeps the full production in one clear workflow. This makes the process easier to repeat, review and adapt for different ages, subjects and learning goals.

1. Book Briefsubject, level, audience and focus
2. Outlinechapters and headings
3. Textstructured generation
4. Imagessuggestions, generation and captions
5. Reviewcheck, adjust and edit
6. ExportDOCX, PDF and EPUB

Why BOLO instead of a regular AI chat?

Regular AI chat

  • Often produces separate answers that must be manually assembled.
  • Can lead to uneven level, repetition and inconsistent terminology.
  • Has no natural workflow for illustrations, captions and export.

BOLO

  • Builds the material as one coherent project from brief to export.
  • Keeps structure, level, terminology and content flow more consistent.
  • Creates text, illustrations, captions and publishable files in the same pipeline.
